Where we ship

Australia and New Zealand.

Cost

Shipping is free on all orders.

Dispatch

We dispatch orders within 1-3 business days of payment.

Delivery times

These are estimates, counted after dispatch.

• Australia: most orders arrive in about 6-14 days. Some take longer.
• New Zealand: many orders arrive in about 4-9 days. Some take longer.

Christmas

Order before 5 December for the best chance of Christmas delivery. This is not a guarantee. The Christmas Edition is available until 15 December.

Delivery protection

Every order includes delivery protection. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, we replace it or refund you, up to A$100 of cover per order, at no cost to you. Contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery window with your order number.

Address errors

Please check your address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we can reship it once you cover the extra shipping.

Taxes

Prices are in Australian dollars. We are not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged. New Zealand orders may be subject to local taxes or duties.
