Using this site

By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products and prices

Prices are in Australian dollars for Australia and in New Zealand dollars for New Zealand. We make reasonable efforts to show products accurately, but colours may look slightly different on your screen. Pack prices apply automatically at checkout when you add the required number of sticks.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or there is a pricing error, and we will refund you in full.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We do not store your card details.

Age and safety

Our products are not for children under 3 years because of small parts. Children should be supervised. The toys are not chew toys.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to replacing the goods or refunding the price you paid.
