FAQ
Does it really make a crunchy sound?
Yes. A built-in block filling gives a crunchy, crinkly sound every time you squeeze it. Unlike silent squishies, you get sound and touch together.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Order before 5 December to receive it before Christmas. This is not a guarantee: we dispatch within 1-5 business days and most orders arrive in about 6-14 days, but some take longer and may arrive after Christmas.
Do you ship to New Zealand?
Yes. Shipping is free to Australia and New Zealand. Many New Zealand orders arrive in about 4-9 days, but some take longer. Prices are shown in NZ dollars when you shop from New Zealand.
What does delivery protection cover?
Every order includes delivery protection. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, we replace it or refund you, up to A$100 of cover per order, on us. Contact us and we will sort it out.
Who is it for?
It makes a thoughtful Christmas gift for kids, friends and coworkers, and works as a stocking filler, party favour, advent calendar filler or Secret Santa gift.
What age is it suitable for?
The box carries a choking-hazard warning and says it is not for children under 3 years. Please supervise younger children. It is a squishy toy, not a chew toy.
How big is it?
Each stick is 15 cm long, 5 cm wide and 5 cm deep, and weighs about 200 g.
What is it made from?
A soft PU squishy material that rises back slowly after you squeeze it. Each stick is printed with a snowflake pattern in red, white or green.
What if they do not like it?
You have a 30-night trial. Contact us and we will sort it out. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law also apply.
Which pack should I get?
One stick is a single gift for A$29.99. The Stocking Trio is three sticks for A$69.99, which is A$19.98 less than three singles. We start you with one of each colour (green, red and white) and you can change any stick to any colour. The Family Pack is 5 or more sticks, from A$99.99 for 5 (about A$20 a stick), in any mix of colours. We cannot ship exactly 6 sticks because of shipping, so you can order 1 to 5 sticks, or 7 or more. The pack price applies automatically at checkout.
See it. Squeeze it.
Sit back and enjoy the squish.
